Congratulations on your upcoming wedding at the lovely Tapestry House. The team at The Joyful Poppy is excited to design for your special day. Here are a few common questions about how we can work together.
What is included in my package?
Your centerpieces and a sweetheart table arrangement are included in your package. We have several different styles to choose from that are included in your package. If you are dreaming of something outside of the package, we can apply a discount toward the upgraded centerpieces.
Do you do all types of arrangements?
I do! We are a full service floral studio that specializes in weddings. We can do all of your personal flowers, centerpieces, ceremony decor, reception decor and other details.
Can I use my sweetheart table centerpiece for the gazebo/arch?
You certainly can! There is an upgraded cost involved to make sure the size and mechanics are sufficient for this change.
When should we meet?
It is helpful for the studio if we meet 6 -10 months prior to your wedding date. Our initial conversation will be about your look, style, colors and what type of arrangements you are looking for. I will then send you a proposal, pictures and more information based on our conversation. From there we can make changes and additions up to one month prior to your wedding date.
Do you have a deposit?
We have a $600 or 50% deposit to book your day, whichever is less. That does get applied to the final balance.
What if I only want the items in my package, do I still have to pay a deposit?
Nope! But, we do still need the contract signed so you can book your day.
How do we meet with you?
You can schedule a consultation here … or, if you don’t see a time that works for you, send me a message and we will get it all set up.
When is the final payment and our final meeting?
Our final meeting is roughly one month prior your wedding. From there we make all the last minute changes and make sure all the details are correct. The final payment is due at this time as well.
